South Lodge Hotel

South Lodge is a luxury spa hotel situated in the Sussex countryside with beautiful views of the South Downs.
In 2017 an extensive refurbishment took place and Helec installed & commissioned a 50 kWe Combined Heat & Power unit that is fuelled by LPG.
This highly efficient CHP unit delivers 87kWth thermal heat as the “lead boiler” to the plantroom Low Temp Hot Water services & Central Heating circuits whilst co-generating 50kWe electrical power to help reduce site service demand from the grid with estimated power savings of more than 325,000 kWh/year
