Residential Mariners Quay Newport

Mariners Quay is a development of 101 affordable housing units located in one of the most deprived areas of Wales. Helec were appointed by Hoare Lea the MEP Consulting Engineers to provide CHP, Biomass and thermal stores. The sustainability division of Hoare Lea acting as the code assessors for the project achieved code level 5 – one of the largest developments in Wales to attain this.
