Berol Yard Tottenham Pre-packaged plant room

May 2021 saw Helec Limited hand over the EnSmart pre-packaged plant room energy centre to The Formation Groups Berol Yard residential new build scheme in Tottenham, north London. UK.
The Helec team designed & built off site a complete pre-packaged plant room and delivered it to site and into position in 3 main sections.
Within the main scope of supply were the following items and packages;

1 x Remeha Gas  610/8 ECO Pro 1000 Boiler to provide 1000kW/th ( 2 modules with individual shunt pumps)
1 x 7,500 ltr Thermal Store
2 x 3 Port blending valves
1 x Spirotech Spill & Fill pressurisation system
1 x Spirotech Vacuum Gegasser
1 x Enwa Side Stream Filtration unit
2 x Duty/standby double headed pump set
1 x Full Phoenix Contact BMS Control system based on Niagara 4 open protocol
1 x Evinox Data Logger for apartment HIU remote access & connectivity
1 x Gas panel & Fire panel interface
1 x 16,500 ltr sectionally split GRP cold water tank
1 x Duty/assist standby boosted cold water pump set
1 x DN100 Hydromag water conditioner (cw dynamic water conditioning)
Emergency bypass valve
Keraflow hi-flow float valves

Stainless Steel twin wall flues for the Boiler (to the roof terminal)

M&E Services delivered by Helec on site

Hydraulic connections to boundary of plant room
Gas connection to boundary of plant room
Electrical connections to incoming MCCB board
Lighting & small power in plant room
Pipework & all fittings coupled with Stainless Steel Geberit mapress
Flushing & dosing of plant room & risers
Apartments ModuSAT Heat Interface Units (by Evinox) commissioned and ID’d to the billing provider (via Cloud)
Tested & Commissioned
