Williamson Heights in Wembley EnSmart 200 Pre-packaged plant room gets handed over to The Formation Group

May 2020 saw Helec Limited complete the final commissioning required to hand over the fully operational packaged plant room at Willamson Heights in Wembley, North London to The Formation Group.
This prestigious apartment block stands 25 floors high, just across from the Wembley Way concourse of Englands national football stadium.
Inside the plant room the EnSmart 200, a packaged plant room built off site by Helec Limited incoporates an Energimizer EM50HNG Combined Heat & Power unit as the primary heat load.
This high efficiency CHP unit delivers a constant 90 kWth into a 7,500 ltr thermal store in order to provide instantaneous space heating and domestic hot water to each apartment whilst generating 50kWe cogenerated electricity for onsite landlord services, thus reducing the need to purchase costly grid electric.
Remeha boilers sit in standby mode to provide additional thermal support should the apartment blocks demand exceeed the CHP & thermal stores capacity.
