Victoria Way Greenwich

2021 saw another Powerbox 70SNG CHP unit supplied and commissioned by Helec Limited “go live” to support the sites main energy centre at Victoria Way Greenwich.
This efficient 70 kWe CHP produces 109 kWth to support the energy centres thermal stores in order to deliver site wide LTHW & space heating energy into the apartments and houses at the  Fairview Homes residential scheme whilst also helping to reduce site energy consumption by up to 45,000kWh.
